Tablecloth
Procedures
Tablecloths are now available for rent from Southern Food Services
in the Cafeteria. The following procedures apply.
- The charge is $3.00 + tax per cloth.
- Quantities of 5 or under do not need to be reserved. Quantities
of 6- 15 require a 24-hour notice. Quantities over 15 require
a 7-day lead-time.
- Cloths not returned within 72 hours will be treated as lost
and the customer will be required to pay for replacement. Replacement
cost per cloth is $20.00.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pick-up and return
all rented cloths.
- Payment may be made by Check, Cash or Credit Card.
